The Facilities & Capabilities
- Our building at 97 Broadcommon in Bristol, Rhode Island has over 8,000sqft of composite manufacturing space. Once the home of Holtby Marine, we take pride in keeping true to the heritage of the building and its previous ventures. Over the past 10 years, the building has seen vast improvements to the infrastructure assuring we are capable of any project that comes our way.
- Our machining center features multiple 3 axis and 5 axis CNC options ranging from small 5x5x2 envelopes, all the way up to our longest machine boasting a 5x20 table with plenty of height. For projects that require a 5 axis machining operation, we have a 5x12x5 envelope to work with.
- Advanced composite curing and processing is all available within our building as well. We currently offer autoclave capabilities all the way from a 2.5’x60’ XXXXX clave, to a 5”x21’ XXXXX. These options top off several other autoclaves and batch ovens to give the facility many options for projects as needed.
- Cleanroom facilities are available for anything requiring humidity and temperature-controlled environments. Our main layup room has a width of 16’ and a modular design to allow the room to grow up to 75’ in length. Larger cleanrooms and ovens are available on an as-needed basis. We have constructed ovens over 100’ to suit the needs of our customers. Please inquire about any build-required infrastructure you may need.
